At Zurich Lions Cricket Club, cricket is more than just a game, it’s the heartbeat of a family built on passion, perseverance, and purpose.

 

Founded in 2016, our story began with nothing but a shared love for the sport, limited number of players, minmal equipments, no home ground. With limited resources and a spirit that refused to give up, we braved the cold, the rain, and the snow. Through every challenge, we held on to our dream - to play the game we love , the passion for our beloved sport and create a space where everyone feels they belong.

 

From those humble beginnings, we've grown into a vibrant and diverse community. Our teams- Zurich Lions and Zurich Super Lions both reflect the soul of this club: we play in the Cricet Switzerland Leagues, fierce on the field, united off it. In 2021, we proudly lifted the CSNL Championship trophy, a testament to years of hard work, resilience, and belief.

 

However, beyond our victories, it’s the bonds we’ve created, the diverse cultures we celebrate, and the unforgettable moments we cherish that truly shape our identity. Amidst the hustle of daily life and career commitments, ZLCC has become our cherished sanctuary, where laughter resonates more powerfully than triumphs, and every player, regardless of their background, find their place, their happy place - their second home!
