Super Lions faced another defeat in the CSRL, bowling took severe beating by RCC batsman, who were merciless through-out their innings. Some ray happiness came to Super Lions camp as Sam was declared MVP with his exceptional bowling performance.

For Super Lions it was a field day for bowlers and fielders, as RCC openers were in tremendous form and built 100 runs partnership in initial 9 overs. RCC lost their 1st wicket at 110/1 in 12 over followed by 2nd wicket at 115. However there was no respite as RCC opener Ahmad was dealing in boundaries only. He scored 88 runs in 62 balls (4s-11/6s-5). RCC batsman were clipping runs from everywhere and another batter Faizullah Safi scored a brilliant 65 runs off 35 balls (4s-7/6s-4).
RCC were disciplined in their batting approach and at the end of 40th and scored 320/9 in their 40 overs quota. Sam claimed 5 wickets (Overs – 8 / Runs – 39 / Maiden – 0 / Runs – 39).
With a change of mindset, Super Lions promoted Freddie to open with Minal. But it has been the story with Super Lions, their batting department crumbles like pack of card. This time it started with Minal, followed by Amit. Sriniwas and Freddie tried to stable the innings but unfortunately Srini got out when score was 53/3 in 9 overs. After this no batsman showed intent to stayed at the wicket and work on partnership. In a blink of time Super Lions were 107/8 in 18 overs. At last, Jaspal and Sam tried their best, but Super Lions perished at 136/10 in 21 overs.
RCC bolwer Safi, Arif and Hossein, claimed 2 wickets each. Batting was a disaster, and this was Super Lions 3 defeat back to back in CSRL. Next Sunday, Super Lions to play against Winterthur CC at Deutweg.
